Overview:
The Office Administrative role provides vital support to the Cochrane Pregnancy Care Centre by providing administrative support and developing initial rapport with clients. Office Admin. personnel ensure the client feels welcome and reassured by a professional and respectful greeting by phone, Text, Email or in person.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the executive director (ED)
Supported and guided by the client services manager (CSM)
Qualifications:
Expresses full agreement with the centre's Purpose, Mission and Vision Statements, the Sanctity of Human Life Statement, the Statement of Faith and Core Values.
Expresses full agreement with the centre's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and Lifestyle Standards policy.
Completion of organizational training and orientation upon hiring.
Must obtain a clean Vulnerable Sector Check upon hiring.

Responsibilities:
Initial contact with clients and/or donors and/or visitors via email, text, phone or at reception.
Manage client booking systems and appointments
Ensure effective client support by assessing the stated needs of the client and booking the client with the appropriate centre personnel.
Consult the client advocate (CA) at any point when the client has urgent or unclear care needs.
Assist with Client Boutique Appointments as required.
Always reflect the love and grace of Christ to clients.
Administrative:
Assist the executive director, client services manager, or other personnel with administrative tasks which may include (but are not limited to):
Supply management
Centre forms management
Fundraising events
Statistics collection
Photocopying, printing
Client booking
Bank Deposits/Tracking
Manage Petty Cash
Any other administrative duties as assigned
Team support:
Participates in staff activities/events inside and outside the centre as required.
Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience.
