Justin Lalonde
Executive Director
Hello! I’m Justin Lalonde, the Executive Director of the Cochrane Pregnancy Care Centre.
My background is actually in the financial services sector, but I chose to step into this role because I’ve long admired CPCC. It is such a vibrant, highly respected cornerstone of our community, and the impact of its work is incredibly meaningful to me.
It is an absolute privilege to lead this organization and to walk alongside the women, men, and families navigating unexpected pregnancies across Cochrane and the Bow Valley. I’m incredibly grateful to collaborate with such a passionate, dedicated team of board members, staff, and volunteers who care so deeply about our mission.
When I’m off the clock, I’m usually outdoors or giving back. You’ll likely find me hitting the trails for a family hike, out on the roads training for my next marathon, or volunteering around town.

Kari Calderwood
Client Facilitator
I’m Kari Calderwood, CPCC’s Client Services Facilitator! You may recognize me as the harpist who plays at various CPCC events. I’ve been with CPCC since the summer of 2021 when CPCC first moved into our current office space.
I graduated from Ambrose University with highest honours with both a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I did my practicum at the Calgary Dream Centre, working with individuals recovering from addictions before starting to volunteer at the CPCC the following summer.
I have since fallen in love with the work here, helping women and families build skillsets for healthy parenting, relationships, and life in general. I have found it such an honour to walk alongside our clients as they navigate their unique journeys.
I am certified in various Bright Course Programs, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Trauma-Informed Care, and Emergency First Aid, and also have a Brain Story Certification.

I have been actively involved in the Cochrane community for many years through volunteer work, community organizations, and various public-facing roles. These experiences have given me the privilege of meeting and supporting people from all walks of life while developing a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience found within our community.
My passion is helping people feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Whether I am assisting clients, answering questions, or helping connect individuals with resources, I strive to provide compassionate service and a positive experience. I look forward to getting to know you and being part of your journey.
