Parenting Support in Cochrane
Education & guidance for every parenting journey
Whether you’re preparing for a baby after an unexpected pregnancy, adjusting to life as a single parent, navigating the complexities of co-parenting, or raising a child as a couple, parenting carries significant responsibilities but also some of life’s most fulfilling moments.
At Cochrane Pregnancy Care Centre, our free parenting programs combine one-on-one guidance with personalized education to help you develop practical skills and feel more prepared for the realities of parenthood.
Parenting Programs Built Around You
Support that reflects your needs & goals
Parenthood doesn’t come with a manual, and every family has different needs. That’s why our parenting education focuses on the specific areas where you need the most support.
You’ll meet one-on-one with a trained Client Advocate who will guide you through an individualized lesson plan, designed around your unique circumstances and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn strategies and skills you can immediately put into practice at home.
Like all of our services, our parenting programs are free and confidential.
